Thank you for shopping with TheFlowCraft. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received and verified.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.

TheFlowCraft is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

TheFlowCraft is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by shipping carriers.

If your package appears lost, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided. We will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country's customs authorities.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review your claim and work to provide a suitable resolution.
